Sandestin
Sandestin is a gated resort community that does not allow outside golf cart rentals. Guests are not permitted to bring in rented carts from outside vendors during their stay.
Beachside Villas
The Beachside Villas community has exclusive approved vendors for bike and golf cart (LSV) rentals. Please book through one of the vendors below — outside rental companies are not permitted within this community.
The Preserve
The Preserve community does not allow outside golf cart rentals. Guests may not bring in rented carts from outside vendors during their stay.
The Village at Blue Mountain Beach
Guests in a Cottage(freestanding house) can park in the driveway — no reservation needed. Guests in a Condominium must reserve a paid space behind the pool or use the Overflow Parking area.
Parking spaces are rented in 7-day periods only, starting on either a Saturday or Sunday. Space is available from 1:00 PM on the start day through 11:00 AM the following Sat/Sun. The fee is $50 per 7-day period. Stays longer than 7 days require two rental periods.
Call the Village Association Representative by 1:00 PM on the Wednesday before your arrival to reserve a slot number. Reservations can be made up to 60 days in advance. The cart rental company will deliver to your assigned slot on the start day — early delivery is not available.
Your cart tag must be displayed by 3:00 PM on Monday or the cart may be towed. Only licensed drivers may operate golf carts. Observe the 16 mph speed limit — no driving on lawns, sidewalks, or joy riding on Village Blvd.
All Other Communities & Properties
No golf cart rental restrictions apply at your property. You're free to rent from any vendor — we recommend Street Legal Golf Carts for the best experience. Call and mention you're an Epiqhost guest for a discounted rate!
