My husband and I stayed 04/09-04/13 for our kids spring break. We have a 12 yr old, 8 yr old and 3 yr old. This was not our first time to Destin (only first time for our toddler) and we have stayed on the sandestin property before but never in the villas. The backyard scenery to the pond is so relaxing! Having the golf cart included in the price was a huge bonus! The convenience of not having to always use our suv / gas to go places, except for when we wanted to go to restaurants further out but there’s restaurants and shopping as well as the beach that is accessible via the golf cart. The Epihosts were very responsive and give clear instructions for check in/ out as well as where to dispose of trash which most other nearby tenants weren’t aware of. My husband said I outdid myself with booking this place. Will 100% stay again.
I am a local and we pretty much did a staycation for our daughters. This place was exactly what we were looking for and more. Plan to make future stays with you guys, if you will have us.

We really enjoyed our stay. Sandestin Resort is one of my favorite places. We’ve stayed in several neighborhoods over the years & loved them all. The beach chairs being supplied so we didn’t have to travel with ours was 🙌🏼. We love the convenience of a golf cart, fishing ponds and easy access to everything without getting into the car. I will say, the cleanliness could have been better. There were some stains on the bedding, furniture and carpet upstairs but nothing to make me not stay here again. Upon arrival, there was a faint urine smell in the dining/living room area. I couldn’t visible see anything causing the smell. With that being said, this is a pet friendly unit. I love fur babies & realize that accidents happen. I would suggest a good rug washing and possibly leaving a steam mop & small carpet cleaner out for guest to use in case their pet has an accident.
Great place to stay. Right next to the pool and minutes from Baytowne Wharf. Would highly recommend staying here.
This is a beautiful rental with a great location. I have found my go to rental place for future stays in Destin.

We loved the townhouse! Very spacious layout with lots of light and great view of the lake. Excellent location with serene back yard area. Proximity to pool was a plus as well as an easy golf cart ride to the beach. Host was very communicative in advance and didn't have to contact them for anything during our stay. A wonderful vacation in Destin - we'll be back!
The unit was well equipped with everything we needed, my son-in-law loves to fish and all he had to do was step out the door, my grandsons loved the pool. the golf cart was great for getting around the complex and going to Publix, the wharf. etc.in closing anything can and does break down and our cart would not charge and when I messaged the manager they responed very quickly (they were great) we will here any time we go to the Gulf.
This condo is beautifully decorated and comfortable. The community is so peaceful with a lake out the back door and a pool just a few steps away. The kids really enjoyed fishing in the lake. The beach is just a short golf cart ride away. All of this made for a great week to enjoy with our long distance family. Epiqhost was quick to respond to any questions I sent their way. I could not have asked for a better experience.
