My husband and I stayed 04/09-04/13 for our kids spring break. We have a 12 yr old, 8 yr old and 3 yr old. This was not our first time to Destin (only first time for our toddler) and we have stayed on the sandestin property before but never in the villas. The backyard scenery to the pond is so relaxing! Having the golf cart included in the price was a huge bonus! The convenience of not having to always use our suv / gas to go places, except for when we wanted to go to restaurants further out but there’s restaurants and shopping as well as the beach that is accessible via the golf cart. The Epihosts were very responsive and give clear instructions for check in/ out as well as where to dispose of trash which most other nearby tenants weren’t aware of. My husband said I outdid myself with booking this place. Will 100% stay again.
I am a local and we pretty much did a staycation for our daughters. This place was exactly what we were looking for and more. Plan to make future stays with you guys, if you will have us.
This is our second time renting a Sandestin property from Epiqhost, and we couldn’t have been happier! Property was clean and well maintained, all amenities provided as listed, and communications from property manager very proactive, efficient and professional. Golf cart was a huge bonus!
