Liability Waiver

By booking or staying at an Epiqhost property, guests agree to the following terms.

Assumption of Risk

Activities at the property, including swimming, use of provided equipment such as LSVs, and the presence of pets, are undertaken at the guest's own risk. Guests accept full responsibility for any bodily injury or property damage and agree to hold the Owner and Epiqhost harmless from related claims.

Binding Guest Agreement

Heightened caution applies to children, guests with health conditions, pregnant individuals, and anyone under the influence. By booking or staying at the property, guests enter a binding and enforceable contract with Epiqhost on behalf of their entire party and any pets.
